Title: EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT
primary responsibility of the Executive Assistant is to support the SVP &
MD as a shared resource. This position requires dynamic calendar and travel
management. In addition, the Executive Assistant will spend a portion of
his/her time assisting with special projects to fulfill organizational and
departmental objectives. This may include event planning for internal
personnel, hosting external guests, or gathering data needed to enhance
reporting. The candidate must possess a strong work ethic, tremendous integrity
and the ability to be discreet with confidential information. Requires
excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to interface with team members
at all levels of the organization and of varying technical backgrounds.
- Manage and maintain
executive’s schedules, email communication, conferences and meetings.
- Schedule and plan
meetings on behalf and for the Leader. Maintain minutes, follow up on
actions and send periodic updates
- Manage Travel
itineraries, bookings, expense reports and claims.
